# Refund Policy

> How cancelling and refunds work for BuildFerry subscriptions, including the 14-day refund on a first payment.

BuildFerry subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so your charge and receipt come from them.

## Cancelling

You can cancel at any time under Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

## Refunds

- **First payment:** if BuildFerry isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- **Renewals:** renewals aren't normally refunded, but tell us if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel and we'll look at it.
- **Our mistakes:** if a fault on our side stopped you using BuildFerry, we'll make it right.

This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

## How to ask

Email [support@buildferry.app](mailto:support@buildferry.app) from your account's email address. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them.
