BuildFerry subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so your charge and receipt come from them.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time under Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- First payment: if BuildFerry isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Renewals: renewals aren't normally refunded, but tell us if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel and we'll look at it.
- Our mistakes: if a fault on our side stopped you using BuildFerry, we'll make it right.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
How to ask
Email support@buildferry.app from your account's email address. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them.
