These terms apply when you use BuildFerry at buildferry.app. By using it, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in details and Apple key safe.
Your Apple Developer account
BuildFerry acts on your behalf with the Apple key you provide. You need a valid Apple Developer membership, and you remain responsible for following Apple's terms, including its limits on ad hoc distribution. BuildFerry isn't affiliated with Apple Inc.
What you may share
You may only upload apps you have the rights to distribute. You must not use BuildFerry to:
- Distribute malware or anything that harms devices or people.
- Share pirated or modified apps you don't have the rights to.
- Distribute apps to the general public in place of the App Store.
- Attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Your apps stay yours. You give us permission to store, process, sign and deliver them only so we can provide the service.
Testers
You're responsible for the people you invite and approve, and for having a lawful basis to handle their device details.
Fees
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and receipts. If we change a price, we'll tell you before your next renewal. See the Refund Policy and Pricing.
If your plan ends, your apps stay, but new uploads follow the Free limits and older stored builds beyond those limits are removed.
The service
We provide BuildFerry "as is" and may change or stop features. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and Apple may change or restrict the systems it relies on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Apple's decisions about your account. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
